BetMarket looked like every other betting brand — dated, undifferentiated and disconnected from its own audience. In collaboration with Rise The Web, we rebuilt the brand from research up into something that finally stands apart.

The challenge

BetMarket faced three problems at once: no real differentiation from competitors, a weak connection with its target audience, and a dated look. The brief was to fix all three — and lift engagement in the process.

Our approach

We ran market research and user interviews, then built personas to understand each segment of the audience. From there we identified the brand archetypes that matched BetMarket's values, giving us a consistent foundation across website, advertising and support.

The outcome

A modern, bold identity — new logo, palette and typography — paired with a redesigned, easier-to-use website with live chat support. A brand that's recognisably itself, and built to keep customers engaged.
